The problem

“Class registration is a paper list taped to the door. The seasonal programme is a phone number someone answers between other jobs. Every term we rebuild the same lists from scratch and lose half the names.”

A volunteer-run programme needs a survey that costs nothing, reads naturally in both languages, and hands the organiser a clean list — not another system to learn.
