Your brand on your surveys
Your colour, your logo, your address — and your own sending domain for the emails respondents get.
A colour of your own
Beyond the seven ready-made brands, a paid workspace can set any colour it likes. The whole product is derived from it — the page canvas, the borders, the dark panels, the charts, the emails and the public survey all shift together, rather than one button changing colour.
Choosing one of the seven ready-made brands again clears the custom colour, so there is always a way back.
Your logo
Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 1 MB in Branding. It appears at the top of your public surveys, in the emails respondents receive, and in your own sidebar.
The footer credit
Free workspaces carry a small credit at the bottom of every public survey. Paid plans do not, automatically — there is no switch, because the plan already answers the question. See plans.
An address of your own
Coming soonYour surveys already publish on a link and a QR code that keep working forever.
Public surveys can be served from your own address instead of the shared one. Two kinds, and they take different amounts of work.
| Kind | What you do | When it works |
|---|---|---|
| A name on our domain | Type the name and save. | Immediately. |
| A domain you own | Add two DNS records — a TXT that proves the domain is yours, and a CNAME that points it at us. | Once we find the records. We check every hour, and there is a Check now button. |
The shared address keeps working whatever you add, so nothing that was ever printed stops resolving.
Sending from your domain
Coming soonInvitations and notifications are sent for you in the meantime, in the recipient's language.
Confirmations and invitations can arrive from forms@yourdomain instead of ours. Add the domain in Branding, publish the DNS records shown, and press Check now.
