Team & roles
Who can do what, how to invite and remove people, and the activity log that records it all.
The roles
Everyone in a workspace has exactly one role IN THAT WORKSPACE. Roles are cumulative — an admin can do everything a member can, and a member everything a viewer can — and above the three sits the owner, who created the workspace.
- The owner is whoever created the workspace. They can do everything an admin can, and they cannot be removed or demoted by anybody else — ownership is handed over, never taken.

Inviting someone
Open Team
Only admins see the invite survey. Enter the person's name and work email.
Pick their language
Their language is the language this person reads, not the one you are working in. It writes their invitation and becomes their Communication language, so every later email — codes, sign-in links — is already right. They can change it themselves in Your account.
Send the invite
An invitation email goes out with a personal link, valid for 7 days. Nobody's password ever travels by email — they sign in with their own account, or create one on the way.
Set their role
The role you pick in the survey is the role they arrive with. You can change it from the list at any time.
Removing people and leaving
- Removing a member ends their access immediately — any open session stops working on their next action.
- The workspace must always have at least one admin. If you are the last one, promote someone else before you leave.
- Surveys and responses belong to the workspace, not to the person who made them. Removing someone leaves their work untouched.
The activity log
Admins get an append-only record of everything consequential: surveys created, renamed, published, paused, archived or deleted; responses exported; respondents invited or revoked; team members invited, removed or re-roled; the brand colour changed.
Entries cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, including admins. Search it by person or by text, and page through it when it grows.
